Last updated: 7 October 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the Glow.am website, the services provided through it, and related mobile/digital services.

By using Glow.am, creating an account, posting a listing, or using the platform’s communication, sales, rental, or other features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please do not use Glow.am.

1. About the Platform

Glow.am is an online platform owned and/or operated by “Glow Project” LLC (“Glow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), which enables individuals and business entities to list, discover, sell and/or offer for rent clothing, footwear, and other permitted products in accordance with the categories available on the platform at any given time.

Glow provides platform users with a technical and informational environment where they can:

  • create an account;
  • post product listings;
  • offer products for sale or rental;
  • search and browse listings;
  • communicate with other users;
  • use ratings and reviews;
  • use paid services offered by Glow, including subscriptions, listing services, promotional services, or advertising opportunities, where such services are available.

As a general rule, Glow is not the seller, owner, manufacturer, or lessor of the products unless the relevant listing or a separate agreement expressly states otherwise.

A contract for the sale or rental of a product between users is concluded between the relevant parties, and Glow is not a party to such contract unless Glow has expressly assumed the role of a contracting party or service provider for the relevant transaction under a separate service.

2. Applicable Law

The use of Glow.am and the relevant relationships carried out through the platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, including:

  • the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia;
  • the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Trade and Services”;
  • the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Consumer Protection”;
  • the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Personal Data Protection”;
  • the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Advertising”;
  • Armenian legislation concerning copyright and intellectual property;
  • tax legislation and other applicable legal acts.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the relevant mandatory legal provision shall prevail.

The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

The user is responsible for actions performed through their account, except where it is established that an action was performed independently of the user’s will and could not reasonably have been prevented by the user.

4. Account Creation and Security

When creating an account, Glow may require a name, email address, telephone number, and other information necessary for the relevant service at that time.

Glow may use verification mechanisms by email, SMS, or other technical means.

The user must:

  • not provide their login credentials to third parties;
  • not use another person’s account;
  • not create a false or misleading account;
  • promptly notify Glow of any unauthorized use of their account.

Glow may require additional verification or temporarily restrict certain account functions for security, fraud prevention, or compliance with legal requirements.

5. Posting Listings

When posting a listing, the user must provide true, accurate, and non-misleading information about the product.

Where applicable, a listing should include:

  • the correct product name;
  • product type;
  • condition;
  • size and, where possible, actual measurements;
  • sale price or rental price;
  • terms of sale or rental;
  • delivery/pick-up terms;
  • applicable return or exchange terms;
  • damage/repair liability terms in the case of rental;
  • any other material information necessary for the buyer or renter to make an informed decision.

The user must disclose if the product is used, defective, repaired, or subject to any other circumstance that may be materially relevant to the transaction.

A user may not post a listing for a product whose sale or rental is prohibited by law or in respect of which the user does not have the necessary rights.

6. Legality of Products

The relevant seller or lessor is responsible, within the limits established by law, for the legality, origin, authenticity, ownership rights, description, condition, and safety of the product offered for sale or rental.

The following may not be listed on Glow.am:

  • stolen or unlawfully acquired property;
  • counterfeit or forged products;
  • products whose sale or circulation is prohibited;
  • dangerous or legally restricted products;
  • materials or products that infringe another person’s intellectual property rights;
  • intentionally false or misleading listings.

Glow may remove or temporarily hide such listings and, where necessary, restrict the relevant user’s account.

7. Sales and Rentals Between Users

Glow.am may enable users to enter into arrangements with one another regarding the sale or rental of products.

The principal terms of a transaction, including:

  • price;
  • payment method;
  • transfer of the product;
  • delivery;
  • rental period;
  • return;
  • exchange;
  • liability for damage or loss;
  • deposit or other security,

are determined between the parties to the relevant transaction, taking into account mandatory legal requirements.

Glow is not a party to such transaction unless expressly provided otherwise by the terms of the relevant service.

Glow does not guarantee that a user will find a suitable product, seller, or lessor, or that a listing will result in a transaction.

8. Seller Obligations

The seller or lessor must comply with all requirements applicable to them under the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

If a seller offers products as part of business activity, the seller is solely responsible for complying with their tax, accounting/documentation, consumer protection, return, warranty, and other legal obligations.

Sales conducted by an individual as a disposal of personal property and sales conducted as part of business activity must be distinguished in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Glow may request additional information from a seller for the purpose of verifying their status, the legality of a product, or the compliance of a listing.

9. Product Information

The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information published in a listing.

Glow cannot guarantee that every description, measurement, photograph, price, brand reference, or other information provided by a user corresponds to reality.

At the same time, Glow may conduct listing moderation, verification, and take action based on complaints.

10. Payments for Glow Services

Glow may offer paid services, including:

  • listing services;
  • subscriptions;
  • listing promotion;
  • advertising services;
  • other paid features.

The price, payment frequency, service period, included services, limitations, and principal terms of each paid service must be presented to the user before payment is confirmed.

A payment made for a Glow service does not constitute the purchase or rental price of a product in a transaction between users unless expressly stated otherwise on the payment page.

Refunds are made in accordance with the applicable service terms and the mandatory consumer rights established by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

The terms of Glow’s paid services may not restrict consumer rights granted by law.

11. Subscription Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refunds

11.1. General Provisions

On each subscription package page and/or during the payment process, Glow provides at least the following information:

  • subscription price;
  • subscription period;
  • included services;
  • available features and limitations;
  • payment frequency;
  • cancellation terms;
  • refund terms.

11.2. Natural Persons Acting as Consumers

If a subscription is purchased by a natural person outside the scope of their commercial, business, craft, or professional activity, that person may qualify as a “consumer” within the meaning of these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

If such subscription is concluded remotely, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within the period and under the conditions established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Consumer Protection”.

For a service contract, the statutory 14-day period is calculated from the date on which the contract is concluded, subject to the exceptions established by law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Glow of their decision within the period prescribed by law.

If, at the time of withdrawal from a service contract, the service has already been partially provided, the consumer is required to pay only for the services actually received before withdrawal, in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

11.3. Early Commencement of Service

If the consumer wishes the subscription services to commence before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, Glow may begin providing such services after obtaining the consumer’s relevant consent.

In such case, if the consumer withdraws from the contract within the statutory period, Glow may require payment only for the services actually provided before withdrawal, in accordance with Armenian law.

Activation of a subscription alone does not mean that the entire six-month service is deemed to have been fully provided.

If Glow has fully and properly provided the service specified in the contract, the provision of the service began with the consumer’s consent, and the consumer was informed in advance that they would lose the right of withdrawal after full performance, the relevant exception provided by Armenian law shall apply.

11.4. Refunds to Consumers

If a consumer withdraws from a contract in accordance with the procedure established by law and a refund is required, Glow shall refund the applicable amount within the period and in accordance with the procedure prescribed by Armenian law.

Where required by law, the payment shall be refunded using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed with the consumer and technically possible.

The amount to be refunded shall be determined taking into account the services actually provided before withdrawal and other circumstances prescribed by Armenian law.

11.5. Business Customers

If a subscription is purchased by a legal entity, individual entrepreneur, or other business entity in connection with its commercial, business, or professional activity, that customer does not qualify as a “consumer” merely because the subscription was purchased through a natural person.

The special statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to consumers in distance contracts does not apply to such relationships unless otherwise provided by Armenian law.

The terms governing cancellation, early termination, termination of the contract, or refund of amounts paid by a business customer shall be determined by the terms agreed between the parties and applicable Armenian law.

If a business customer terminates a subscription before the end of its subscription period, any refund of the amount paid shall be made only in the cases and in accordance with the procedure provided by the relevant agreement, subscription terms, or applicable Armenian law.

11.6. Termination of Service by Glow

If Glow terminates a paid subscription service on its own initiative and is unable to continue providing the services included in the subscription, Glow may, subject to applicable legal requirements:

  • refund the amount corresponding to services that have not been provided; or
  • offer an equivalent alternative service or solution.

This provision does not limit any other rights granted to consumers by law.

12. Returns and Exchanges

The terms governing returns, exchanges, and cancellations of products sold or rented between users must be provided by the relevant seller or lessor in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Glow is not a party to a product sale or rental transaction unless expressly provided otherwise by the terms of the relevant service.

Glow may not contractually eliminate or restrict rights expressly granted to consumers by Armenian law.

If Glow itself acts as the seller or service provider in a particular transaction, the relationship between Glow and the consumer shall be governed by the relevant terms applicable to that relationship and Armenian law.

13. Special Rental Terms

In the case of rental, the user must return the product within the agreed period and in a condition consistent with the agreed terms, taking into account normal consequences of use.

Terms concerning damage, loss, late return, additional cleaning, or other costs must be made available to the renter in advance.

Special terms established by the owner of the relevant product may apply to each listing, provided that such terms do not conflict with the law or these Terms.

14. Delivery and Transfer of Products

Delivery, personal handover, or another method of transferring the product shall be agreed between the relevant parties unless a different procedure is provided by a separate Glow service.

Glow is not responsible for the quality, timing, or actions of a delivery service provided by a third party, except where Glow provides that service in its own name.

15. Communication Between Users

Glow may provide technical communication tools enabling buyers/renters and sellers/lessors to communicate with one another.

Users must communicate in a lawful and respectful manner.

The platform’s communication tools may not be used for:

  • spam;
  • fraud;
  • threats;
  • harassment;
  • unlawful offers;
  • unauthorized advertising;
  • unlawful collection or dissemination of other users’ personal data.

16. Reviews and Ratings

A user may leave a review or rating only where it is based on their genuine experience.

The following are prohibited:

  • fake reviews;
  • intentionally misleading ratings;
  • reviews containing insults or threats;
  • discriminatory or unlawful content;
  • publications intended to deliberately harm competitors.

Glow may remove such content while retaining information necessary to support its decision, to the extent permitted by law.

17. User Content

The user retains their rights in photographs, descriptions, videos, and other content published by them on Glow.am.

By posting a listing, the user grants Glow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display, reproduce, and distribute their listing, product, and related content on Glow.am, Glow’s social media pages, advertising materials, and other means necessary for operating the service.

This right shall remain in effect for as long as necessary to provide the relevant service and fulfill lawful purposes related to the content published by the user, and, in the case of advertising use, within the scope of the applicable consent or other legal basis.

The user represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights to publish such content and grant Glow the above-mentioned right of use.

18. Glow’s Intellectual Property

The Glow.am website, software, design, logo, trademarks, name, graphic materials, texts, and other materials created by Glow are protected under Armenian intellectual property legislation.

Without Glow’s appropriate authorization, their full or partial reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

19. Prohibited Use

The following are prohibited:

  • violating the law;
  • using the platform for fraudulent purposes;
  • posting false or misleading information;
  • conducting automated data collection without Glow’s authorization;
  • scraping or crawling contrary to the rules of the service;
  • attempting to circumvent security mechanisms;
  • gaining unauthorized access;
  • damaging or disrupting the operation of the website;
  • distributing viruses or other malicious code;
  • using Glow’s data for the unlawful harassment or harm of other users.

20. Listing Moderation

Glow may:

  • refuse to publish a listing;
  • temporarily hide or remove a listing;
  • request additional information;
  • restrict certain account functions;
  • suspend or close an account,

where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the law, these Terms, security requirements, or the rights of other users have been violated.

This right does not relieve Glow of any procedural or other obligations imposed by law.

21. Platform Availability

Glow strives to maintain the normal operation of the website; however, access to the website may be temporarily restricted due to technical maintenance, updates, cybersecurity incidents, communication failures, or other circumstances beyond Glow’s control.

Glow does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

22. Limits of Glow’s Liability

Glow is responsible for the proper performance of obligations undertaken by Glow under applicable law and contract.

As a platform, Glow is not responsible for circumstances relating to transactions between users that are outside Glow’s control, including:

  • failure by the seller or lessor to provide the product;
  • discrepancies between the product description and its actual condition;
  • authenticity or ownership rights relating to the product;
  • failure by a user to make payment;
  • breach of an agreement between the parties;
  • actions of a third-party delivery service.

This section does not limit any liability of Glow that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory provisions of Armenian law.

23. Personal Data

The processing of personal data by Glow is governed by Glow’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

The Privacy Policy specifies:

  • what data we collect;
  • for what purposes we process it;
  • the legal bases for processing;
  • with whom we may share it;
  • how long we retain it;
  • what rights data subjects have.

24. Advertising and Promotion

Glow may display advertising from Glow or third parties on the platform.

Paid advertising services provided by Glow are governed by the relevant service terms and the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Advertising”.

The advertiser is responsible, in accordance with the procedure established by law, for the legality and accuracy of the advertising materials provided by the advertiser.

25. Subscriptions

If Glow offers subscription packages, each package page must specify at least:

  • price;
  • subscription period;
  • included services;
  • limitations;
  • payment frequency;
  • cancellation terms;
  • refund terms.

Before confirming payment for a subscription, the user must have an opportunity to review the terms of the relevant package.

If a subscription provides for automatic renewal, the user must be clearly informed of this before the relevant obligation arises, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

The conditions governing the use or non-use of a subscription may not be interpreted in a manner that restricts mandatory consumer rights provided under Armenian law.

26. Account Suspension or Termination

The user may stop using Glow.am and, where technically possible, request closure of their account.

Glow may suspend or terminate an account if the user materially violates these Terms, the law, or the rights of other persons.

Closing an account does not eliminate obligations that, by their nature, are intended to survive account closure.

Closing an account or stopping use of Glow.am does not, by itself, entitle the user to a refund of amounts already paid for a subscription. Refund matters are governed by the provisions of these Terms concerning subscription termination and refunds, the terms of the relevant service, and Armenian law.

27. Amendments to the Terms

Glow may amend these Terms due to changes in legislation, the introduction of new services, or changes to the operation of the platform.

The updated version shall be published on Glow.am with the date of update indicated.

Where the law requires separate notice or consent in relation to particular amendments, Glow shall follow the applicable notification or consent procedure.

28. Complaints and Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

A user may submit a complaint or claim to Glow at:

Where possible, a complaint should include:

  • the complainant’s name;
  • contact details;
  • description of the issue;
  • details of the relevant listing/transaction;
  • the claim and supporting documents or information.

Glow reviews complaints in accordance with applicable legislation and the terms of the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms limits the user’s right, as provided by law, to apply to a competent state authority or court.

29. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiations and the review of complaints.

If a dispute cannot be resolved out of court, it shall be resolved by a competent court of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with the jurisdictional rules established by law.

This section does not limit a consumer’s statutory right to apply to a competent state authority or court.
